Demo Chef Experience

An exclusive stay for lovers of gourmet cuisine and authentic experiences.

An immersive experience led by our Chef, designed to introduce you to the techniques, flavours and secrets of haute cuisine. During the cooking class, the Chef will prepare five recipes from his tasting menu live in front of you, explaining the ingredients, preparation methods and culinary philosophy. At the end of the experience, guests will be able to taste the dishes prepared and will receive the recipes to take home.

Your stay is completed with a special privilege: 10% off the Bistrot’s à la carte menu, turning dinner into a memorable experience.

The rooms and suites welcome guests with the discreet charm of historic architecture and the most refined comfort. In the morning, breakfast is served in our bistrot room, among the aromas of artisanal baked goods and carefully selected products.

The journey continues with a welcome drink for two people, the prelude to a moment that embodies our deepest identity: a tasting of Tenuta Utini wines, accompanied by our own freshly baked bread and focaccia, a selection of traditional Parma cured meats, and the timeless Prosciutto di Parma DOP “Langaria.”
