The menu

Contemporary, lively, dynamic Emilian cuisine. Dishes conceived and cooked to express the value of the raw materials, according to the times dictated by nature and the seasons. Territory and tradition as hinges, binaries, cardinal points and polar stars, reinterpreted by the talent of our Chef and his brigade.

On Wednesday, October 14th, immerse yourself in a refined experience celebrating the great winemaking tradition of Tuscany, held within the atmosphere of Palazzo Utini.

An unmissable event dedicated to exploring the prestige and history of Argiano 1580, one of Montalcino’s most historic and iconic wineries. For the occasion, the estate’s winemaking excellence, presented with the special participation of Beatrice Giabbani, meets the culinary mastery of our Chef Edoardo Craviari, giving life to a signature tasting menu entirely centered on premium beef.

Founded in the 16th century and dominated by its imposing Renaissance Villa, Argiano stands as a milestone in Italian and international viticulture. As one of the founding members of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino in 1967, the estate preserves centuries of winemaking wisdom in its historic underground cellars. Today, a fully organic and eco-sustainable winery, Argiano is synonymous with a deep respect for biodiversity and an authentic celebration of Sangiovese, producing iconic wines that seamlessly combine classic nobility, striking elegance, and an extraordinary capacity to express Montalcino’s unique terroir.
